Always the right air pressure

Always the right air pressure
- Compressed air reducer regulated to the point
- Protects devices
- Consistent output pressure

Fluctuations in the compressed air circuit are the order of the day in the workshop. A compressed air reducer ensures a consistent pressure in the often sensitive devices. KS Tools now has a new compressed air reducer in its range that reliably supplies the units with constant pressure. This protects them from excessive inlet pressure and makes them more durable. The device is available from KS Tools under the product number 515.3366.

In order to have sufficient pressure for all units in the workshop, some compressed air systems generate pressures far in excess of 6.2 bar. But this is not good for every compressed air tool. Because the components inside are matched to the optimum pressure of 6.2 bar. More pressure can destroy it or at least damage it.

Protects against excessive pressure
The new compressed air reducer from KS Tools regulates the air flow rate and protects the connected compressed air devices from excessive pressure. For safety reasons, the outlet pressure is fixed and thus optimally protects the internal components. The compressed air reducer can be installed in the compressed air line or directly on the desired compressed air device and can thus be used at any workplace in the workshop.
Often the inlet pressure that a compressor delivers is simply too high for the equipment used. This is where the pressure reducer comes into play. At a maximum inlet pressure of ten bar, the air regulator always delivers an outlet pressure of 6.2 bar. The device is supplied with ¼ inch coupling plug and adapter. The device body is completely made of metal, which makes the tool particularly stable. The nominal width is 7.2 millimetres.
