A workshop trolley is in use every day and has to withstand a great deal. KS Tools has therefore focused a lot of its attention on these everyday assistants, ensuring the highest standard of sophistication and safety. The new work trolleys in the RACINGline+ range are extremely stable. The two-stage lock concept means that mechanics can rest assured that their tools are always stored safely. The stainless steel work plate is extremely low maintenance. What’s more, the plastic ABS border with its numerous compartments for small parts provides good all-round protection. The RACINGline+ work trolleys are available from KS Tools in two designs: a narrow version with seven drawers and a wide version with seven drawers and a door for larger tools. The narrow workshop trolley has the KS Tools product number 826.1007, whilst its big brother is available under product number 827.1007.
Each drawer of both RACINGline+ models can be locked individually. There is also central locking, ensuring even greater security. Four large rollers, 125 millimetres in diameter, make the trolley particularly stable yet mobile, as two of them are castors.
Its seven drawers can easily be pulled out completely with a ball bearing-based drawer guide, so that you can always enjoy a full view of your tools. The trolley is manufactured out of stable, 0.9 ml electrostatically powder-coated steel plate in bright red. There is a rectangular opening on each side so that it is child’s play to attach it to the wall.
A work plate made out of stable stainless steel provides a sturdy work surface. As only stainless steel is used here, and not plastic, this work surface is also resistant to acid and oil. The protective edge, made from ABS plastic, surrounding the work plate is also fitted with small compartments, so that screws, nuts and other small parts can be stowed safely during work, yet within easy reach.
The edges and corners of the RACINGline KS Tools workshop trolley are protected with polyurethane. This minimises the possibility of damage to the trolley and prevents injury from hard edges. The trolley can also be safely steered into position with a metal handle on the side.
